After both of you have started to discuss some of the essential elements so that you understand what you both want in your Big Day I recommend that you ‘Start with the end in mind”.
Start with the end in mind means for both of you to take some time to think about what would you ideally love your wedding day to be?
The first thing is to mentally create your wedding day so this is the time to dream of your MOST AMAZING WEDDING! Do not hold back at this stage of the planning and do put everything in that you want.Take a large piece of paper and write all of your ideas down. You might also look through wedding magazines to collect pictures or search the internet for great ideas.
From here you will have started to see the vision of your day.
The next part of the planning process will be to logically, practically and financially work out how to achieve your vision, but just for now DREAM IT.
